Southland American Gin, Torino Vermouth, and Fernet #4

Fernet fans, this one’s for you. Southland American Gin and Torino Vermouth balance the bold, herbal bite of Fernet #4, while a flamed orange peel adds a citrusy finish. It’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy Fernet—and with just three ingredients, it’s easy to stir up at home.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Southland American Gin

• 1 1/2 oz Torino Vermouth

• 1/2 oz Fernet #4

Garnish: Flamed orange peel

Glassware: Martini glass

Instructions

1. Add the Southland American Gin, Torino Vermouth, and Fernet #4 to a mixing glass.

2. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into a martini glass.

4. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
