The Eighth Night

2 oz. Navy Strength Gin

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/4 oz. Honey

2-3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

1/4 oz. Evergreen

1. Add all ingredients except Evergreen into a mug

2. Fill the mug with Hot water

3. In a separate vessel, add Evergreen and light on fire

4. Pour Evergreen into mug
