Longleaf Distilling Co. proudly announces two more Double Gold Medal
awards from the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition! Both the Heirloom
American Whiskey and the Cask Strength Heirloom American Whiskey received an
impressive 99 Point rating from a panel of 70 respected industry experts. This
impressive achievement comes just one year after receiving two Double Gold Medal
awards in 2024 for our Navy Strength Southland American Gin and our Alba Thistle Liqueur.
“This recognition highlights our continued commitment to quality and innovation right
from the start.” said Will Robinson, Co-Owner and Distiller at Longleaf Distilling Co. “It's
an honor to represent Georgia on such a prestigious stage.”
The San Francisco World Spirits Competition sets high standards, with nearly 5,500
spirits competing this year alone. To receive a Double Gold, a spirit must be
unanimously awarded a gold medal by all 70 judges, a feat signifying a near-perfect
product.
Longleaf Distilling Co. also received a Gold Medal for the Fernet #4 Bitter Liqueur and three Silver Medals for Southland American Gin, High Tea Flavored Vodka, and Aldo’s Coffee Liqueur.
