Enjoy our twist on a modern classic: the Espresso Martini.
Hone your bar tending skills by making this slightly more advanced cocktail. In order to create the proper amount of foam, you can use a reverse dry shake. This is where you shake with ice first then strain the mixture back into the shaker and shake a second time without ice.
We use our house made Nocino Liqueur, but sans this you can always sub creme de cafe.
1 oz. Longleaf Vodka
1 oz. Nocino
1 oz. Cold Brew
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Egg White
Add all ingredients into a split shaker and shake with ice until chilled
Separate shaker and strain mixture from the small side into the larger side
Discard ice
Re-shake mixture for 5-10 seconds
Serve in coup or martini glass
Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and lemon peel
