Southland American Gin, Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, Alba Thistle Liqueur

Alba Thistle Liqueur steps in for maraschino in our take on the Last Word, bringing a floral, bittersweet twist to this herbal gin cocktail. Southland American Gin and Evergreen Alpine Liqueur give it plenty of depth, while lime juice keeps things bright. Shake this one up when you’re ready to branch out from your usual gin order.

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Southland American Gin

• 3/4 oz Evergreen Alpine Liqueur

• 3/4 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur

• 1/2 oz lime juice

Garnish: Brandied cherry

Glassware: Martini glass

Instructions

1. Add the Southland American Gin, Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, Alba Thistle Liqueur, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

3. Strain into a martini glass.

4. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

   
   

Tip: Love a little extra citrus? Increase the lime juice to 3/4 oz for a zestier version. You can also substitute Southland Navy Strength Gin for the Southland American Gin.
