Final Say

This riff on the famous 'Last Word' cocktail replaces the traditional Maraschino Liqueur with our Alba Thistle Liqueur. The Alba takes the drink into a delightfully new direction for floral, bitter-sweet notes that sing in harmony with the herbs of the Evergreen and Southland Navy Strength Gin. Our regular Southland Gin works just fine in it as well. The lime juice adds a little acidic sparkle with round it out. Huge citrus fan? Push the lime juice up to 3/4 oz for a more zesty experience more like the original.

3/4 oz. Southland American Gin

3/4 oz. Evergreen Alpine Liqueur

3/4 oz. Alba Thistle Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

1. Add all ingredients to a cobbler shaker

2. Add ice and shake until chilled

3. Strain into a martini glass

4. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
