1 oz. Southland Gin

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

-Cucumber

1. Muddle cucumber in cobbler shaker

2. Add ingredients to cobbler shaker

3. Add ice and shake until chilled

4. Double strain in rocks glass with big rock

5. Garnish with cucumber slice
