Long Walk Home

A little coffee and chocolate go a long way in this herbal whiskey cocktail. Created by Hunter for Evergreen Month 2023, Long Walk Home pairs Borrowed Rye with Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, crème de café, and chocolate bitters for a warm, sweet finish. It’s an easy one to stir up at home when you’re in the mood for something beyond an Old Fashioned.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Borrowed Rye

• 1 oz Evergreen Alpine Liqueur

• 1/4 oz crème de café

• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Glassware: Rocks glass

Instructions

1. Add the Borrowed Rye, Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, crème de café, and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass.

2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into a rocks glass.
