Tea Time

Tea Time doesn’t hold back on the Fernet. Created by Hunter for Fernet Month 2023, this dry, herbal cocktail pairs Fernet #4 with a little sweetness from High Tea Vodka and a tart kick of lime. Just three ingredients and a quick shake—an easy way to give your usual Fernet pour a change of pace.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Fernet #4

• 1 oz High Tea Vodka

• 1/2 oz lime juice

Garnish: Lemon twist

Glassware: Coupe glass

Instructions

1. Add the Fernet #4, High Tea Vodka, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

3. Strain into a coupe glass.

4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
