Longleaf Vodka

Inspired by Barbie (2023), Allen brings together sweet blueberry, tart lime, and a little ginger spice. Longleaf Vodka lets those flavors shine, while lemongrass bitters add an herbal touch and ginger beer gives it a bubbly finish. No shaker needed—this one’s easy to build at home when your usual vodka cocktail needs a change.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Longleaf Vodka

• 1/2 oz lime juice

• 1/4 oz blueberry simple syrup

• 1/4 oz ginger simple syrup

• 3 dashes lemongrass bitters

• ginger beer, to top

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glassware: Highball glass

Instructions

1. Add the Longleaf Vodka, lime juice, blueberry simple syrup, ginger simple syrup, and lemongrass bitters to a highball glass.

2. Fill with ice, top with ginger beer, and stir gently to combine.

3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
