A beautiful riff on a classic Gimlet, this boozy martini is a delight. We especially love the way the acid in the lime cordial turns the Alba a lovely periwinkle color. Don't have lime cordial? Substitute in 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup instead.
1 1/2 oz Southland Navy Strength Gin
1/2 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur
1/2 oz Lime Cordial
Add all ingredients to stirring vessel
Stir until chilled
Strain into coup or martini glass
Garnish with lime wedge
