Southland Navy Strength Gin, Alba Thistle Liqueur

A colorful twist on a classic Gimlet, the Amulet pairs Southland Navy Strength Gin with Alba Thistle Liqueur and lime cordial for a bold, citrusy cocktail with an herbal edge. As the lime meets the Alba, the drink shifts to a soft periwinkle hue, making it just as striking as it is delicious.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Southland Navy Strength Gin

• 1/2 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur

• 1/2 oz lime cordial

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glassware: Coupe or martini glass

Instructions

1. Add the Southland Navy Strength Gin, Alba Thistle Liqueur, and lime cordial to a mixing glass.

2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

   
   

Tip: No lime cordial? Substitute 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup.
