Southland Navy Strength Gin, Alba Thistle Liqueur

A beautiful riff on a classic Gimlet, this boozy martini is a delight. We especially love the way the acid in the lime cordial turns the Alba a lovely periwinkle color. Don't have lime cordial? Substitute in 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup instead.

1.5 oz. Southland Navy Strength Gin

1/2 oz. Alba Thistle Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lime Cordial

Garnish: Lime Wedge

1. Add all ingredients to stirring vessel

2. Stir until chilled

3. Strain into coup or martini glass

4. Garnish with lime wedge
