Our twist on an Aviation by combining our Southland American Gin and Alba Thistle Liqueur.


1.5 oz. Southland American Gin

3/4 oz. Alba Thistle Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Garnish: Brandied Cherry


  1. Add all ingredients to cobbler shaker

  2. Shake until chilled

  3. Serve in coup or martini glass

  4. Garnish with brandied cherry
