2 oz. Rye

1/2 oz Evergreen

1 oz Simple Syrup

3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

  1. Add all ingredients to stirring vessel

  2. Add ice and stir until chilled

  3. Strain into a rocks glass

  4. Garnish with a lemon peel
