Summer Sunrise

Alba Thistle Liqueur

Bright, bubbly, and made for warm weather. The Summer Sunrise layers cherry syrup, Alba Thistle Liqueur, soda water, and lime for a cocktail that changes color right in the glass. The lime slowly sinks through the drink, turning the Alba pink as you sip.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur

• 1/2 oz cherry syrup

• 1/2 oz lime juice

• Soda water, to top

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glassware: Rocks glass

Instructions

1. Add the cherry syrup to a rocks glass.

2. Fill the glass with ice.

3. Slowly add the Alba Thistle Liqueur, followed by soda water.

4. Pour the lime juice over the top and watch as it sinks through the drink and changes the color.

5. Garnish with a lime wedge.

   
   

Tip: For the best layered effect, add the ingredients in order: cherry syrup, ice, Alba, soda water, then lime juice.
