Summer Sunrise

For a beautiful layered look, pour ingredients into your glass in order of sugar content.

Cherry syrup -> ice -> Alba -> Soda water -> Lime juice

Watch as the lime slowly sinks, turning the Alba pink.

2 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur

1/2 oz Cherry Syrup

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass

2. Add ice and stir until combined

3. Fill to top with Soda

4. Garnish with a lime wedge
