Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, Alba Thistle Liqueur

Bright, tropical, and easy to make at home, the Sunbeam pairs Evergreen Alpine Liqueur with pineapple and lime for a refreshing summer cocktail. A float of Alba Thistle Liqueur adds a pop of color and a little extra herbal complexity, while crushed ice keeps everything light and refreshing.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Evergreen Alpine Liqueur

• 1/2 oz Alba Thistle Liqueur

• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

• 3/4 oz lime juice

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and fresh mint

Glassware: Highball glass

Instructions

1. Add the Evergreen Alpine Liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a highball glass.

2. Fill with crushed ice and stir gently to combine.

3. Slowly pour the Alba Thistle Liqueur over the top.

4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.

   
   

Tip: No crushed ice? Wrap ice in a clean dish towel and carefully crush it with a mallet or rolling pin. You can also stir the Alba into the drink instead of floating it on top.
