This signature cocktail was created by Ellie for Heirloom Whiskey Month 2023. It packs a lot of flavor and is surprisingly complex.

1 1/2 oz. Heirloom American Whiskey

1 oz. Alba Thistle Liqueur

1/2 oz. Cherry Syrup

3 dashes Walnut Bitters

1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

1. Add ingredients to stirring vessel

2. Add ice and stir until chilled

3. Strain into rocks glass and top with more ice

4. Garnish with an orange coin
