The Vespa is our more Italian riff on the classic Vesper martini (yes the James Bond one) and may just be the best martini you've ever had. Bold words I know. We replace the Lillet Blanc vermouth with our own Venetian Golden Amaro making the drink slightly more complex with a bit less of that vermouth funk. The result is a perfect balance of flavors, texture, and aroma that will make you stop and reconsider every other martini after you've tried it.

2 oz. Southland Gin (Navy Strength if you dare)
1 oz. Longleaf Vodka
1/2 oz. Venetian Golden Amaro (or Lillet Banc for the classic Vesper)
Add all ingredients to a stirring vessel
Add ice and stir until chilled
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
